ORIGO
Virtual exhibition
Nobody exist in a vacuum, so making
sense of who we are today is impossible
without tracing the lines back to our origins.
If the lines are extrapolated, possible futures can
be predicted. The memories and experiences of a
childhood construct integral parts of the grown up persona.
Combining these presets with the forces shaping adolescence,
we become who we are today. This matrix of events solidifies into
default patterns which can be found in everyday situations and choices,
these can be studied if one happens to be curious enough. Through a multi-
media approach these themes are explored, and given forms that are open for
individual interpretation.
If you think of your own origin, how would you say it has pointed to where you are today? How could you, based on your present day self and your origo, anticipate how your character will respond to future events?

ROARING 20s!
Just before the fireworks marking the beginning of 2019 me and my two sisters decided that 2020 fireworks we would be watching would be the Edinburgh ones.Â
2020 means Gatsby dresses to me, so my sister Annie-Elisabeth and I created two dresses just in time for the New Years celebration. We were sewing all through Christmas and barely stopped to eat every now and then. The dresses were not easy to make but they were so worth it! With soft silk satin against my skin and the wind rustling in the fringes while appreciating the crackle and lights in the sky over the Edinburgh castle I felt ready for the new decade.

PROJECT STAGED REALITY
The concept development stage is done and the current phase is all about brainstorming and collecting ideas. This project is meant to develop as I go along, so I will soon start photoshoot sessions. The story of the final collection of photographs will become clear through the process of shooting, editing and selecting.
ONE OF A KIND
Having researched, designed and sewn clothes for a while, my style and preferences develop and finally this is starting to take shape.

PROJECT UPDATES
Go to projects and read more about the process of the journey so far! I have worked on several of these projects for years, and it is time to show some of the processes behind the final result. Each project I finish spark new ideas or has elements I can use in other projects later, even if they did not fit in that particular end result.
